Goals

Ester is a parent of two young children, has a partner who works in the office, and they work from home. Ester like to buy their bread from the local bakery, as they all think it tastes superior. Ester wishes there was a way to reserve bread, as going to the bakery early isn’t always an option due to preparing their kids for school.
Goals
- Purchase their family’s favorite pastries and bread reliably
- To be able to see if the product they want is in stock
Frustrations
- “Sometimes the product I’m looking for isn’t there anymore.”
- “Making it to a bakery in a specific time window to get the product you want is challenging.”
User Story: As a working parent who loves fresh baked goods, I want to be able to reserve a specific product so that I can guarantee my family has it for the day or week.
